Check out streamsyndication.com, someone just posted their show "The Residency" for syndication. You could probably work out an arrangement with them:

It's in podcast format, doesn't seem to have metadata provided however. (I know thats a problem for me)

How does your stream handle the metadata with mp3's that contain larger files?

I personally use a time log: HH:MM:SS Artist;Album;Title

(The reason I ask is that I wonder how standard this is)

Hey Radio Folks!

Just started a directory for people who produce radio shows and people who own internet radio streams to connect. It's still really new..

If you produce a radio show and would like streams to carry your program (or if you own a radio station or internet stream and are looking for programming) check it out:

It's free to add your program, all I ask is that you don't add generic links to radio stations. This is the place to list radio programs, NOT radio stations.

For example, pre-recorded segments are a good thing to add, if you DJ a show for example, keep a log of your program, add it here so other streams can run it later on.

Looking for little "bits" to air, not so much music as short, 30 second segments,

I have some to share with other stream owners if they want to exchange them. (I do jazzy stuff, so if you do talk, rock, country, polka or something that isn't jazz there is no conflict)
